Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel & Residences, Kuala Lumpur

The hotel is in a nice location, just across the road from Pavillion mall and a short indoor walk to KLCC, Petronas towers, and other attractions. The rooms, especially apartment no 1826, were above our expectations and very fantastic despite not being as luxurious as a 5-star hotel. The service from the Malay uncle during early check-out was genuinely helpful and kind, making my visit even more pleasant. The dining options, though good, offered the same menu for two days, which was a bit repetitive. Overall, it was a great stay with some minor room for improvement.

Plus, the firefly tour organized by the hotel was a memorable experience.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel for my son's birthday celebration. The room was spacious with a good city view, although it was disappointing that some facilities weren't available on Saturdays. The service was exceptional, especially Mustafa who went above and beyond to fulfill special requests, but there was a mix-up with breakfast charges. The location was amazing and convenient, with easy access to shopping malls and dining options. The dining experience offered a variety of choices, but there was a delay in receiving the correct order. Overall, a pleasant experience with a few minor hiccups.

The only downside is the lack of a view from the hotel, but that was easily solved by visiting the neighboring Banyan Tree hotel for an amazing rooftop experience with a view of the Petronas Towers and fireworks during the Lunar New Year.
